Nursery
Infant and toddler care is available during the Sunday morning service. We have 2 separate rooms for the different age groups each with experienced adult caregivers.
Church Time
A special time during the Sunday morning service for children in early elementary school to have a Bible lesson, application, activities and crafts while the parents are hearing the sermon.
Kids Connection - Tuesdays 6:30-8:00 PM (During the school year only)
A kid friendly time of worship, learning, and fun for children in grades 1 through 6. Each week we have a time of worship, with singing, praying and a Bible lesson, followed by a variety of games, activities and crafts. We teach the importance of following Jesus Christ in all phases of life. The Bible lesson helps the children gain an overall understanding of the Bible and its key themes so they learn who God is and what He has done, as presented in His Word. Teen Youth Group - Thursdays 7:00-8:30 PM
If you're a teen in grades 7 though 12, please come and join us here at CBC! On an average week we spend some time singing followed by some time listening to and learning from God's Word. Then we spend some time munching on something and playing a few games.
Vacation Bible School
One week every August filled with Bible lessons, memory verse games, activities, crafts, singing, skits and snacks for 4 year olds through 6th graders. Each year we transform our church with various themes to create a fun environment for kids to play and learn God's Word, such as a safari, an island, under the ocean, a farm, a training center for secret agents for God, and more.
VBS 2009 is August 17th through the 21st, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
This year's theme is "Son Rock Kid's Camp - Adventure Camp"
Campers will learn how their lives can be transformed by God's great love for them! They will discover that their true identities are not formed by where they go, what they do or what others think. Like Peter, they'll explore who they are in Jesus -- because of His love for us. He is the rock upon which we build our lives! We will discover what it means to be: Accepted by Jesus, Protected by Jesus, Saved by Jesus, Forgiven by Jesus, and the Power of Living for Jesus!!
